I build deep-tech ventures from founding concept to commercial launch. Twice I've taken novel microfluidic platforms from a lab bench to a manufactured product — building the R&D organizations, securing the funding, forging the partnerships, and navigating the pivots that turn breakthrough science into working businesses. My advisory work draws directly from this operational experience.My expertise in medtech and life sciences — built on a foundation of research at MIT and MGH — was honed through leading ventures from the lab bench to commercial scale.
